hi, i got my prmc 22-25 may ive been waiting nearly a year to do it. i just hope i can pass, i can do 60 press ups and 60 sit ups in 2 mins. my running is up to scratch so i shouldnt really worry about it, but im nervous as anything. ill let u know how i get on.

im not joining the marines but i can do 45-50 press ups at the mo any tips on increasing that number?

cheers lads fingers crossed eh. whats happening about ur shins matt didnt u see a phisio about them? its been a couple months since ur medical now ent it. anyway for the press ups, i just practised everyday in my room

Hi mate,

I don't wanna be jumping the gun here, but I think, at long last my injury is beginning to heal up!! It's gonna take a while to get back to my old fitness levels though as I've been injured 5 months now, so dunno when I will start recruit training though (though my sports therapist women said that I will be surprised at how fast it comes back).

How's your injury?

Hi liam, im gutted mate i should be comming with you on sunday :evil: :evil: injury is still here mate saw GP again being referred for orthotics, even though i should of been going back next month for my pjft doc said another 3 month so i've got to get a part time job :evil: :evil: . I will end up there one day mate its just a matter of time.

You will be fine on your PRMC mate,

i passed :D :D :D :D :D , i cant believe it. ive finally passed after 9 months from my interview. im telling you though it ent easy, we were beasted to fcuk. its also got the 3 miler on the 1st day now and the assault course on the second, which i never knew. i should be joining a troop end of june
