Poor circulation then, stretch out occasionally. Also, try building your legs up (leg press etc)

Yeah, ill have your computer if thats alright :D

Yeah, i never strech out and thats why I get all the injuries. I heard somewhere that it was supposed to be a waist of time (proven my scientists) If it helps, you might as well.

stretching promotes the flexibilty of a muscle so it doesnt "snap" under sudden bursts of activity, stretching also helps remove lactic acid that causes the pain/stiffness after phys.

Re: Girlfriend, nah mate I think I nearly killed her last time

waste of money, drink tonic water instead that has quinine in and its cheaper and isnt shipped from the States.
Wether it helps is another thing. Best thing for traditional leg cramps/Restless legs is an iron supplement, can take a week to have an effect but once working keep taking and it helps long term. Iron is used by the blood to transport oxygen. Dont take more than the recommended dose and you can buy them cheap from Holland and Barrett.

Should see a doc before you do anything though, when I was an operational medic my rule of thumb was find out whats causing you pain before shoving stuff down your neck for it. Pills can hide symptons of injury/disease and if a medic or doctor cant work out whats wrong with you cos your symptons have been masked by pills then the condition gets worse. Pain killers etc should only be used once you know whats causing it. Same goes for stuff you buy off the net
