I know this isn't really to do with the Royal Air Force, but me and and a friend of mine (who is joining the RAF... u go girl!) have been using this website a lot recently, with regard to going through the process of joining etc..

Anyway on the 9th May this year we are doing a 5k run (Rhyl) to help raise money for Cancer Research and are in desperate need for as many sponsers as possible.

If anyone is interested in sponsering either one of us or even better both of us, then please send me a private message and we can discuss it further.

Remember this is for a good cause....

*please note that this is not a ploy to get money, we are actually taking part in the run and if you're in Rhyl on the 9th just look out for number 288

Just to let you know that today (9th May) was the Race For Life Cancer Research 5k run in Rhyl.. And even though it was unbelievably windy and got very wet each time the tide came crashing over (typical welsh weather) I managed to complete the course in 29mins 16seconds..

Thank you to all those who sponsored me and for those who have missed out there is still chance to help raise money for Cancer Research as I wont be sending off my application form until Friday 13th.. So please be a good sport and donate as much or as little as possible..
