I had 8:35 last year when I did it. Though, a few weeks ago I did 1.5 miles around the track in shitty weather and managed 8:59. I'm looking quite forward to getting on a running machine.

I think it is the same as rm reacruits, 10:30, The pjft is just to see if you are fit enough to do the prmc or poc.

Trust me, the pjft is a walk in the park next to prmc. That time needs to be 9:30 or less in my opionion.

to be honest, the time doesnt really matter. I got a shit score on the PJFT (10.14) and ''comfortably'' passed, and one guy who got 8.38 or somethin like that didnt do too well down at lympstone, and barely scraped through

Beardo has a good point, PJFT times dont really matter. Aim to get 9.something and its good enough. Then forget treadmils all together and start the sprinting! :D

I guess you are right, I got 9:10 on my pjft but found the 3 miler very tough (just passed prmc on thursday) seemed alot quicker than 22.5 to me.

Thanks guys, but I don't think the Marines are for me, so I won't be joining, still got a pair of boots though :P

Any questions on the prmc I will answer for you though.
