What is the distance from 'the wall and back'? And is there any rest period between them?

when i did bottom field,ok did not last all the coures but i think it was about 50mtrs,anyone correct me if im wrong.
the only rest we got was when we got round the back of the wall and had a quick breather....LOL. but honestly on one of the trips somebody was actually having a piss.(honest) needless to say he did'nt pass.other than that the only rest we got was doing leopard crawls.
but to be honest i dont think they are really bothered wether your the first or last person back just that you givin 100% (or at least looking like you are)
p.s when is ur prmc

The idea isnt to see how many pressups you can do, Its to see who gives up.... Even if u can lift yourself up... Just dont give up and you'll be fine, The end of the 3 miler 'beasting' isnt nothing... Wait till gym test 2 lol.

Average gym test scores will get you through to be honest.... CTC can get you fitter at pressups and situps etc... But they cant give you determination, Thats whats number ONE on the priority list. Just go there as fit as you can but dont make the mistake i did... Just worry constantly about gym scores and running too slow etc etc etc.

Just give them everything you have.... Absolutley everything, so if you turn up at CTC with quite good fitness you'll more than pass aslong as you mentally prepare yourself to give ALL!

Afterall, Its only two days :D

the best thing to prepare for gym test 2 is to do punch bag work I think...just do 1 minute puching the bag as fast as you can, just left/right/left/right normal punches, after the minute you will be knackered, have 1 min rest, then do it again
