A Corporal on my PGAC said that Barnham was used by the RAF for chemical weapon experiments, mustard gas if memory serves me correctly :-?
The woods are mean't to be haunted by those who died.

Tis true about the old storage area at Barnham.
The adjoining Industrial Estate used to be used to be an A Bomb Store.
Chemicals were buried around Barnham, and one such incident some years ago involved a farmer discovering pink soil while ploughing. This caused much concern, and although I don't remember the chemical responsible, it isn't the sort of thing I would like rubbed on my chest!

Bury St Edmunds is an ok sort of night out, the night clubs are a bit crap but the curry houses are fab!

Def get a load of lads together and hit Norwich though. Great time, cracking talent etc.

Bury is pretty w@#k, only probs i had was getting chucked out of Extreme a few times for "dancing on the dance floor with a drink". Norwich is the future, i've seen it.

Bury St Edmunds..... erm on basics theres a few clubs that your barred from down town there used to be a place called the avenue but that closed down it was 15 quid in free bar, my god the carnage.... LF1s was the best club down town i think, two large rooms decent music and okayish women if you discount the bury bikes!!!!!
