This may seem like a rediculous question but...

I'm Endo/Mesomorphic, more endomorphic.

Just wondering, were/are any of you current/ex/hopeful paras endomorphic in any way?

It's gonna be harder to reach para standards being part endomorphic, but I will get there.

Iv just had a look and it looks like im a Mesomorph aswell.

If i do a 2 weeks worth of hard training all my fat drops of, if i dont do anything for 2 weeks i go well chubby.

Yeh plus. I have nearly black coloured eyes and hair, keep a tan for a year after a holiday and have to wear XL clothes because of my sholders. And 36 long trousers because 34 arent wide enough for my thighs, and no theres no fat on them.

I'm an endomorph, and I hate it. It's a real struggle to lose weight and bodyfat, and if I so much as smell food, I put on weight!!

However, I like to think that with a bit of hard graft - proper hard graft - I can look as good as anyone.

Because of my size, I try to avoid weight training, as it will just bulk me up.

Yeh i know how you feel.

I find the best way i loose weight is switch your fizzy drinks to diet, have tea/coffe with no sugar, and if you have got a sweet tooth eat an apple or have some weight watchers chocolate stuff.

Thats the only diet changes i make and i once lost 4 kilo in 3 weeks.

O and avoid the takeaways, make homemade ones with boiled rice.

I'm gonna try your cardio workout that your PTI gave you.

Funny how all these fad diets pop up and then people still moan when they look the same, yet with an hour of real graft you can really change and firm up.

Remember though the rowing side isent best effort, its your warm up, but it should get you sweating and breathing fast.
