on each arm?? or as a bar?? im 16 and iam pretty strong for a 16 yr old and i only curl 22kg on each so i can smell sumthing!!

Honey, get yourself out of school first and see some of the real world, and im not being disrespectful, You are still a young kid and your body is still growing, if as you say you can lift 70 kg then you will damage yourself before you get your suitcase of the platform at CTC. Its not about how much you can lift its the technique :wink:

Yep - 31Kgs now. A bloke I know can bench 560lbs/40stone :o

i was 6ft2 at 15 and i could do 70kg
at a push yea and only do like 3 reps before i exploded but i could :lol:
im 17 now :wink:
