Food advice

Post by Daveb »

I was just wondering if people could give me a little bit of advice on what types of food I should be eating in the run up to my PRMC (I got it on Sunday :-? ).

Basically I'm eating a fair bit of Pasta at the moment and also a lot of fruit. Should I aim to try and eat more/different things to give me more energy? What sort of things would you recommend eating to help increase energy levels/stamina etc etc?

Cheers

Your on the right track mate with the pasta etc. Anything that will give you energy eat it!! and eat alot aswell. You'll see when you get down there, the food is better than you'd expect and christ do you pile it up. Look around at all of the other lads they just have big masses of food on their plate. And when you go down for breakfast they give you a mars bar or twix to get your levels up. So full english then a nice mars bar to wash it down! real treat :)

daveb try and stay away from the fried breackfast when your doing your prmc as most of the guys who ate it on my prmc chucked up in gym test one, so try and stick to a mars and cereal

Its tempting though because the food is superb down there :D

We had two twins in our room and when we were doing gym test 1 and they were being sick while doing their press ups and the PTI'S told them to get their head down and carry on :o and thats all becuase they had a big fry up :P
