I think it unfortunate that religion is looked upon with such little signifigance in the forces. But i am not one too Bible thump!

Fat boy, you wrote
Santanism preaches you indulge in self gratifcation, greed, gluttony and anything to make you happy.
What you meant was
Satanism preaches you indulge in self-gratification, greed, gluttony and anything to make you happy.
Most Bootnecks aspire to a world where such ideals are the norm
What`s the problem?
I`m a bit of a devil, meself, when it comes to self-gratification 8)
Although I`ve never ripped the living heart out of a new-born, I might`ve tried it if I thought it would get a larf in the mess :P

It was the one thing I appreciated when I joined up that it didn't make a difference what you were. If you came from an area like I did where you could be asked when you took a girl home "what are you" then you would understand.
I also remember when we first went into NI[69] the English lads asking what was all the fuss about.

I don't care what this guy's religion is but I can't quite get my head round the fact that he will be given "space on one of Her Majesty's ships" to construct a temple to Satanism. (From a newspaper article.)
A.) Where is this space? (And I can already imagine the answers coming in!)
B.) How the hell does he get free space in one of HM's warships?!! There isn't much room as I seem to remember!

SB

They could let him set up in the Tiller Flat.

Was where the Born Again Christians used to meet on Fearless.

Satanist's don't believe in Satan Redhand, they don't believe in God either.

There are 9 satanic statements which convey the beliefs of the Church of Satan:

1: Satan represents indulgence, instead of abstinence!

2: Satan represents vital existence, instead of spiritual pipe dreams!

3: Satan represents undefiled wisdom, instead of hypocritical self-deceit!

4: Satan represents kindness to those that deserve it, instead of love wasted on ingrates!

5: Satan represents vengeance, instead of turning the other cheek!

6: Satan represents responsibility to the responsible, instead of concern for psychic vampires!

7: Satan represents man as just another animal, sometimes better, often worse than those that walk on all fours, who, because of his "divine spiritual and intellectual development," has become the most vicious animal of all!

8: Satan represents all of the so-called sins, as they all lead to physical, mental, or emotional gratification!

9: Satan has been the best friend the church has ever had, as he has kept it in business all these years!

Doesn't sound that bad to me, in fact if you took the word Satan out of it, I reckon it's how most people live their lives anyway ...

They don't believe in Satan, i know, they believe in the idea of satan in man.

Whatever, im not bothered anymore, this world really couldn't be any more fecked up, why not this?

Bring on the Anti-Christ i say!!

Alot of people spout alot of things on here about their history and forefathers...i wonder what they would of thought. Don't think its too hard to imagine.

I just started quoting all the statements which I thought were alright until I noticed that they all seem ok!

So becoming a Satanist basically means you can get revenge on people, be nice to nice people and be nasty to t&%s, and you are allowed to do the so-called sins (sex before marriage etc) which make you feel good.

Basically how we all behave anyway!

I always just assumed it was devil worshiping and being evil!
