I know that RAF Reg Officers can apply to join 22 Reg, after passing selection what rank would they hold, for example say a Flt Lt?
Also how long is teh max they are allowed to serve for?

As far as I know, although I don't know from experience, you would change to the equivilant army rank, or possibly 2lt (if that's not what flt Lt is 
).If you were coming from the army you would retain your rank if you were an officer, but if you were an OR you would be a trooper. I was also under the impression officers could only serve on 4 year terms?? anyone clarify?
