when i did it in may i didn't have to do the bleep test. your ssgt is right about the fail rate so make sure you get noticed and you wont go wrong

There is no bleep test at selection!

As for the run, it can vary depending what RSC you are attending. When i went to Pirbright a couple of months ago, the 1.5 mile run was 2 laps of of an area of the camp..for the warmup, we walked/jogged round once, quick stretch and then straight into the best effort.

The amount that fail varies....If you have trained hard, the only thing you could really fail on are the Command Tasks (this is where about 40% of people fail) Ensure you get your ideas forward, and if ya cant do that, shout like hell to motivate your team!!!
