2DAY i had my 3rd interview and i am going for my 2 days at litchfield, the sgt at the ACO told me that coz i am going in paras i have to do more than 6 pull ups and he said the run is 9:30 not 9:15 he said that is bull.... 9:30 is the time and he said they have scraped the shuttle run... AKA Bleep test.... He said all u do is the gym which involves pull ups and a jerrycan walk ect then the run... thats it...... any1 know if he is talking shit or wot??? he was RGJ

No bleep test, this is true!!
For Para reg you would be expected to do a minimum of 10 pull ups.
They will be looking for the 1.5 mile to be completed in less than 9 mins.
Forget all this crap about 9:15 or 9:30 or whatever, to be safe you need to complete it in sub 9:00.
Yes they are fussy about seconds, A lad I know completed the run in 9:10 and was not accepted into Para reg regardless of the fact that he scored highly on most of the other tests, this was 3 weeks ago at RSC Lichfield.
Give it 110% effort and best of luck.
