I found Tetley tea bags came in v handy for wets, plus Oil Of Olay for my skin.
Or was it the other way round :-?

Definately worth taking your karaoke machine as the entertainment provided is not v good.
Oh, and your Shorter Oxford is sure to come in handy,

Hope that helps

Sleeves, please allow me to sum up. 2+2=4, 6+6=12 and so on and so on. Also used as an abbreviation for summerise.

Please check your spelling and use the correct word. "SOME".

Aye - Andy.

H,
those teabags can come in very handy for stopping puffy eyes after a late night. Just remember to let them cool down first....

I did say let them cool down first Stix! Who drinks nettle tea anyway? Who picks the nettles to make nettle tea?

Is it part of the RM Arduous Training Course?

I was thinking more along the lines of advice about the lympstone run. What i should be wearing or advice about the underwater tunnel(my PSI told me it was icy cold). :(

Bring a big fluffy white towel. Give it to one of the course instructors and get him to wrap you in it when you come out of the tunnel.

The water tunnel temp is dependant on the time of year, obviously. However, do not fret
If it`s too cold, the training team will warm it up for you, just before you get in, using one of three methods,
A) They will turn on the hot tap
B) They will empty a hot kettle
C) They will urinate upstream

If I was on the team when it`s your turn, I`d probably urinate directly on you.
Hope that helps

He's only trying to make sure you're all warm and cosy mate! As previously discussed on another thread, urine is a great moisturiser - so in theory you wouldn't need to take the Oil of Ulay ducky!
If it doesn't hurt it's not worth doing!
