Here is a link to download a bleep test that you can use on your mobile, laptop or any other handheld pc.

http://www.dazbert.co.uk/sites/bleeptest/

There is a link here to download there software for free and to check out instructions.

Hope this helps peeps with their tests. :)

it is not unheard of for people to complete the bleep test, although this is very rare! A scary thought as well - I know of a 14 year old school girl, who is the national cross country champion (I am a teacher), who has completed a 15 metre bleep test!!

There are only 3 professional footballers that have completed the bleep test. David Beckham, Paul Ince and i can't remember the other one.

According to a reliable source..correct me if i'm wrong, ive been informed that Seb Coe is the only person to have completed all 23 levels on the bleep tests, commonly bleep tests stop at level 20 however Coe is the only person to complete all 23 levels.

I heard somewhere along the line that David Beckham had completed it as well as Kriss Akabussi. It could just be rumours though. I've never seen it anywhere official. I imagine quite a few professional runners should be able to complete it if David Beckham can.

Cool, thanks guys. I also heard that Beckham completed it or something. Just asking cause a guy I was talking to, says he used to run it to level 10. And after a month and a bit training could do level 17.

I believe level 10 is the minimum requirement.

10.4 is the absolute minimum, dependent on what score you got on your recruit tests. Level 11 is the max minimum score (ie. everyone's 'safe' over that).
