Post your fitness statistics thread

Post by Gary_amsterdam »

This is the thread where all the army-wannabe's can compare their fitness statistics to other lads wanting to 'be the best'

Copy and paste the list and then fill in your own details. Can ex military and/or serving guys give their oppinion on what should be worked on, and if we are on 'schedual' for phase 1 training.

Palms facing towards yourself = Chinups (what you have to do on RSC)
Palms facing away = Pullups (harder, for me anyway, and what you have to do on PRMC)

Why does the Army use chinups (heaves) anyway? Wouldn't the pullup action more closely resemble actions that you'd use in a combat environment, clinbing over walls etc?
