Blandford Camp

Post by ustarting »

I'm pretty sure now that i want to join the royal Signals. i understand you have to attend Blandford Camp for phase two training. is it like a college as in that you have to start at a particular time of the year and thats that or do they take in students at different times during the year to begin their training?. the thing is i don't wana pass phase one then be waiting around a year to start my course at Blandford.

ustarting,

I went to Blandford once as a TA soldier. The facilities are good and its in a lovely part of the country, close to the seaside.

I'm speculating but since the Signals are a large Corps I'm sure there won't be much time between your courses. Your basic training date will probably be the point where you're meant to wait the longest. I wouldn't worry about it.
