Hi all

Post by kevo66 »

Just thought I would say hello. Thinking of joining the corps. Just need to sort out that little thing called fitness. Currently no-where near ready but need to start. Four years of being sat behind a desk is starting to get to me!! Anyone on here from the chester area?

Alright Kevo

Im from Connah's Quay about 20 minutes away from Chester.

Yeah that little thing called fitness does help if your interested in joining. But we all got to start from somewhere. Remember don't expect miracles to happen overnight.

Anyway good look if you do decide to go for it mate.

Hi Kev ! im 24, worked behind a desk for 4 years now and i too developed the 'office six pack' i.e. fn big tum :)

When i first started training i was outta breath before a mile was up, and couldnt manage 15 pushups :)

Its not too long a road mate - just train train and train some more :)

You may be disappointed if you fail,
but you are doomed if you don’t try.
