there is a guy who works at my local afco and i have just found out he lives near me, he has said he will take me out running and circuit training with him to prepare me for my prmc :D :D :D :D

That guy's gone above and beyond his expectations by a long shot. If it all comes together you'll be writing the OC at the recruiting centre a letter commending him, right? It may very well be the spark he needs for promotion.

what ever i do i will be writing a letter about the guy, its is fantastic that this guy (ex navy pti) is giving up his own free time todo pre-prmc training, and for free, hell i'd pay for it
