We dont get to go into san carlos til the 2nd week back after easter,we have to do a stupid buffer week in foundation for the 1st.Training is good but our training team is fuking brutal .But to be fair it should get a bit easier and they wont be as harsh when we go back.
Ah i see, this has in no way put me off. I think it has just encouraged me more. I know over the years the training teams have had to ease off on the recruits due to political reasons and other rubbish, but have they really? Or do they just tell the civvie world this?

currently in australia as im traveling the world before i rejoin the marines.
two lads in our troop have already cried,one because of a joke done by the cpls...Basically they told him that he was dyslexic and had to leave...LOL very evil if u ask me.The otherone cried because he was made to to that weird stress postion ( knees bent,back against the lockers) for about 20 minutes!
basically what weve done in the last 2 weeks all over again.Were going into the field again,which is cool.Wish i was starting week 3 though..cuz ive got a nasty feeling that we will be alligmated with 875 troop...
