I see that a ruling has come out thet Naval Officers will no longer wear swords at a Court Martial.

Tab, they were slung low as a sign of disgrace, which was only one step away from taking them away altogether.

It brings them in line with the other services. The accused no longer presents his sword to the tribunal, and th etribunal will no longer wear swrods. Another piece of history gone for the sake of PC.
