I have heard on the news this morning that " the first of hundreds of US Marines this morning arrived in Haiti" who is this man!! Is this the fabled "Shwartzenegger one man army" I think we must be told!!

I reckon what happens in Comando is happening there. Arnie's girl has being kidnapped by an Evil Haitian so he now has to go and kill 1000 rebels single handedly.

I heard it was the Canadians who are there at the moment?

Yes it must be true, the yanks have also sent a guy in a raincoat and a badly fitting beret to stop our "lone commando" going to far.

Also does anyone know where I can sign up for the A Team as I am sure colonel decker has caught up with them by now, I have started smoking cigars and also shaved my head in a mohecan.......

What regiment were the A team in? I was in Belfast yesterday and asked some guys who were reruiting what they knew of them, I think they thought I was special needs, as opposed to special forces, this further cements my theory that there is an elite regiment in the US army called the A team.

Incidently, how nice, young fellas in army gear standing around without hardware talking to the public, could times have changed.

JTF-2 Canada's version of the SAS have something like 50 guys there.
A company from 2nd Battalion RCR is also in Country I believe.

This isn't a major operation like Bosnia. This is a few thousand people who are angry with a politician who the US dee dee moa'd a few days ago.

France and the US also have a few hundred boys in country.

Well Clint Eastwood is underemployed at the moment, may be he could be sent in to sort them all out.

I pretended I didn't know who he was until he introduced himself to me.
Tall guy he is and if you seen unforgiven he can certainly sort out a room full of gun totting blokes.

Stupid underfunded over stretched military I wouldn't mind going to Haiti always wanted to see more than one black person at a time, crazy white mans army I only met me a handful in near 30 years!
