Anyone know the level required at RCB for male's on the bleep tests?
Also anyone know where to download the test from or buy it from?

I also read somewhere that they didn't do the press ups or sit ups
some up to date info would be appreciated.
If you do want the bleeptest, PM me with your E-mail and i'll send it to you, even if you don't have to run it for RSC, it's a good training tool.

ISTR 10 is the requirement for a soldier, officers have to do better.
FWIW, my platoon commander at Dettingen Coy, 1 Sandhurst Rifles
reckoned 9 mins 30 was about what the average cadet should be under. The BFT route at RMAS is fast though (flat, no major gradients), although rumours persist it's 1.8 miles, not 1.5......
