I'm going to winchester for RMPs on 19th of April anyone else, im running 3 miles 3 times a week and im going to the gym on the nights in between will this be enough?
Going in RMP Winchester 19th April cant f**kin wait!!!!

that seems ok, try to intensify your training nearer the time, swimming i found to be the best overall!!!
