but thats 18mins? i thought it had to be done in 22.5?

On my PRMC it wasnt that fast it was about 10 mins as a group then 10 mins or under by yourself. I dont think they ever run it in 22.5mins though :) .

Its meant to be run at 22.5 min pace but they did it at a LOT quicker pace last week.


even then only 4 people failed the 3 miler.

ex nod was diagnosed with chronic compartment syndrome rejoining eventually.

currently in australia as im traveling the world before i rejoin the marines.

better say my scores

gym test 1
press ups 41
sit ups 67
bleep test 12.0
pull ups 3 slipped of when i went for the forth

assault coarse 3 mins 27
3 mile run peice of piss
gym test 2 absolultly nailed i was winning most of the sprints
ex nod was diagnosed with chronic compartment syndrome rejoining eventually.

currently in australia as im traveling the world before i rejoin the marines.

Thats a very good AC time over 30 seconds faster than mine.

I spoke to the warrant officer on monday and he said ill be in around mid-late march.On friday ill get my joining date thro the post.


My assualt course time was 3.48,spent about 15 secs in the tunnels just resting hehehe


lol fodd about gym test 2,everyone else was close to death doing those sprints..but u pissed on them,surprised u didnt ask to do more :D

I passed 20-23jan it was hard but well worth the pain.

Press ups - 55

Sit ups - 80

Pull ups - 5 (fell off the bar :x )

bleep test - 12.3

Assault Course - 3.20 ( very hard going)

going in 16 feb


Pain never hurt any one, only the person feeling it.

JMC: Did you get the impression that everyone there had trained properly? Or did it seem like there were alot of people who had no chance at all?

Well to be honest i think we had a good group(did hear the cpls say this to each other a couple of times)

There were some who werent prepared.6 failed in gym test one(one got like 8 press ups,the others could barely do 1 chin up).So they had failed straight away really.There were a couple of second timers in my room and i was shocked when they quit on the second day(apprantly the p[ass rate for 2nd timers is very high).But one was afraid of heights(refused to do the high rope course) the other just wasnt fit enough...which to be honest is inexcusable.
