Press ups on PRMC!

Post by Fairweather »

Does anybody know if when doing the max press ups in the gym tests on PRMC if your are allowed to raise your legs and arse quickly to take some weight off your arms and then get back in the proper possition to carry on?

I know you cant put your knees down but have had mixed answers to this question.

Any feedback appreciated,

Cheers.

you could try and get away with it i geuss, resting is permitted, i admit my balls where virtually scraping the floor by the end but i used all two minutes and did as many as i can with rests here and there so just recce the pti's position and rest how u want.

cheers, davo

ps...could get some knocked off if there in a bitch arse mood

It is not really a good idea to rasie your arse into the air and rest. Not only will you look silly, but you are likely to get noticed and be told to "Lower your lilly arse and get pressing or get out!".

The best thing to do is to be able to do 60 pressups no probs and get them done well in time. If you must rest for a couple of seconds do so in the arms raised static position.

I managed to do my 60 in 80 seconds. Got them done quickly and surely. Just practice and you will be fine.
