Help Needed! PTi

Post by oogazjoo »

Hello

I need a bit of help. I am waiting for my dates to go down to RAF Cosford for my specialist interview for Pti. Should i be lucky enough to get an interview could someone tell me what i could find myself doing and the standards of fitness i am required to acheive, i.e Score on bleep test, 1.5 mile run etc. thanx for your help!

The standard of fitness is very high for a fitness instructer as u can imagine so i'd guess around 12-14 on bleep test mile n half in 9-10 minutes!!

Phone up and ask them what the standards are, they won't mind.

As well as basic running and bleep tests, you'll do a variety of sports to test your overall sporting ability. You will also do fitness circuits and be asked to 'run' an aspect of it..to test your instructing capabilities.

Also, you'll be given an in-depth interview...so you'd better make sure you know EVERYTHING about the RAF and PTi trade!
