Hi guys anyone need some advice on the Prmc give me a shout.
Met loads of cool dudes and ate a lot of food. Best part was laughing a lot and the worst part was needing a pee when getting beasted. oooOOooo and knees are a bit sore!!!

well you have six weeks from now.. Serious training..
Mine is as follows..
Cardio-vascular
6 mile runs 5 times a week with lots of big hills. I beasted myself on 2 of the 5 runs (usually after my rest days).
Body conditionining 4 x a week as follows
4 x as many marine style press ups as you can do (even when your arms drop off you can usually do about 8 or so more)
1 x 80 sit ups marines style as fast as you can + 3 x 50 (sit ups normal, crunches and raises)
3 x as many overarm pull ups as possible form is very important..[/u][/color][/color]
I practiced holding press ups in the stress positions too this helps as they will make you hold them when you are hanging out during the warm ups (UPPPP!!! HOLD!!!! DOWN HOLD!!!)

Dave I personally found the bottom field warm up the hardest thing at lympstone.. It is a lot of sprinting, crawling (lots of sprinting and Crawling), marking time, stress positions press ups sit ups squats squat thrusts..
The only way i can see to train for this mate is to do circuit training at a local leisure centre and beasting yourself during the hour... (not working out with the fitest bird in there and looking at her ass for a whole hour.. Clock her at the start and buy her a stella after

We had 56 on our PRC and 28 passed
Some didnt make the grade on gym test 1...
Bottom field killed off most of others..
A few failed the run...
One of the guys made his bed on the first night
then left (
) work that one out..
I think a couple were close to passing but were
told to come back in 4 months with a higher level
of fitness..

did the people who failed on the bottom field get told to leave because they were not detemined enough or because they simply were not fit enough?
also.... did you get many no hopers down there that couldnt even managed 1pull up or did it seem like most people had trained?
