Just remember pain is temporary. Go for it 110% and your efforts will be rewarded. Good luck!!!

Dont fidget and if asked what football team you like just expect to get pressups. Even if you reply 'I dont like footbal' or if you reply with the football team the CPL likes your getting them regardless

Good luck Mark.
you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength, and just pull that shit out of you, and get that motivation to not give up, and not be a quitter no matter how bad you wanna fall flat on your face

Just a wise word of wisdom mate, keep your head down and be the grey man...
If the corporals havent noticed you, it means your doing ok, if you keep gettin highlighted :0 uh oh.

Its only a big of work and it does end.... watch out for the bottom field they look for any excuse ....

GOOD LUCK!
Waiting around until i can go back to Lympstone.

Press ups - 52
Sit ups - 77
Pull ups - 6
Bleep test - level 11.0
Assault course time - 3:37

I actually slipped off the beam doing the pull ups and when i was interveiwed the corporal asked me why my score was so crap i told him. He gave me a second chance on this little bar they have in the corridor, but i reckon if it had been anyone else i'd have been goosed!
Waiting around until i can go back to Lympstone.
