Moody little sod. :-?

You ask for what people are doing, you' re obviously going to get a bit of advice, don’t knock it either, they might just have a better idea than your own, or know a little bit more about what there talking about...

p.s. I corrected your spellings for you..

p.s.s maps can be bought from a garage for a few quid, or alternatively, go to a camping shop or tourist office and get a map of the surrounding country side, just a suggestion…

training regieme :

Mornings : 7am : 1.5 mile run, to be done as fast as i can be bothered :/ lol

Afternoons : Mon to Wed : run steady pace (e.g. no distance involved 15 minutes steady pace) Thurs : Fartlek training 2 mins on 1 off 20 reps Friday : get drunk and laid(hope) Saturday afternoon (no mornings yet) run 20 mins (steady but slower than mon to wed)
Sunday is my day of lounging, enders, hollyoaks and general non sweat day

I keep on changing what i do though - i keep getting too many new ideas of this forum :/ (n1 tho lads)
ive decided recently that im not gonna do any upper body till i can manage a 5 miler with no stops - my upper body isnt that bad compared to my general CV capabilities, which to be honest are not good (i quit smoking 3 months ago - probably the hardest thing i have had to do yet in my life ).

on a different note - what is the pitfalls of eating too many carbs - i just noticed that a slice of soreen malt loaf is like 20 odd grams of carbs.
add that onto a staple 2 kellogs nutri grain brekky, noodle dinner, noodle, meat n veg tea, run then malt loaf supper, im eating well over the RDA of carbs (according to some training sites on the net). am i gonna gain weight too quick ?

I didn't mean to be a twat about it, you just took it the wrong way .
I come on this site to find out more information about what other people are doing fitness wise and to just learn new things I didn't know about, So far I have learnt loads of things I never would have known if I had not come on this site. So, cheers

Go to the ordnance survey website, print a map of your area, and then use a piece of string representing 1km to calculate the distance of your route (someone pointed this out once and it works like a charm).

1st Week

3 mile run on mon, tue, wed, thur and fri
3 x 20 press ups, 50 situps, 5 pull ups - twice a day on the above days
Fartlek/interval session on Saturday
Rest sunday

Every week, add:
half a mile to run
5 pups, 5 sups and 1 puup
Set to saturdays activity

OR

Carry out the POC fitness regime. PRMC fitness regime will not do enough.
If your fit enough to be an officer, your fit enough to be a commando.

Every so often, do a 5 - 10 mile run.
