8 am

It sucks getting up that early during the summer but my run goes through the town centre so it has to be done early to avoid running into people.
you gotta search within you, you gotta find that inner strength, and just pull that shit out of you, and get that motivation to not give up, and not be a quitter no matter how bad you wanna fall flat on your face

Thanks for the replys :)

I wake up at 5 am, and im out at about 5:20.
I get up so early to avoid seeing people and the heat form the sun.

I tried that counting to one hundred and starting again thing this morning and it worked, suprisinly :o I ran the longest distance i ever have(which is only like 2 and a half miles but im working on my fitness gradually) with out stopping or even slowing to a jog, also I didnt look ahead of me ( I run on the tarka trail down barnstaple (devon) and its straight) and i ran further than I felt I did and felt good, although I was sweating bad and breathing heavily.

Cant wait to get up and do it again :)

Do you owe them money? :D

How long before your course starts ?

Oakers (who hasn't contributed recently - anyone know if he is still about)
made a good case for' train for the event' i.e. if you have to run 3 miles run 3 miles and not five miles, if you have to knock out 6 pull ups practice doing 6 chin ups not 3 chin ups and 20 press ups etc. Just a thought.

I tried counting to 100 but couldn't do it because it interfered with my breathing.

Mheyda,

I was down that way a few weeks ago with the A.C.F. We stayed in Fremington Barracks just outside Barnstaple and we walked a bit of the Tarka trail on our expedition. It was very hot and there was a lot of cycilists. Good trail though. Do you run the whole thing?

I do that too, but it's because after I told people about joining the RMs I got alot of stick about it, all in good spirit though but calling someone a lazy, worthless mother fu**er while running 3 miles is a hard thing to do (for me at least)

I dont think I could manage running the distance to fremington right now cause im not fit enough but im gonna give it a go on saturday.

Ive decided to stop with my fitness plan and to just run medium distances
4 times a week and a fartlek session once a week. And just do press ups, situps and pull ups 5 times a week aswell. I feel better doing as many reps of each exercise that i can rather than doing 3 sets of 10 reps of press ups etc.

Hi guys....i think its bloody sad that you spend your time posting pointless little messages over this forum.

The fact that you actually spend time in a site such as this just to try and be funny/annoy people or whatever your point is is tragic, really tragic. Chances are you're some kid on his school holidays with nothing to do. Fair enough you're bored, but go and do something constructive rather than making an absolute arse of yourself.

Ive been ignoring all your posts so far but just wanted to air my opinions before continuing to ignore you. May i recommend everyone else to do the same wherever this kid posts his next message.
