how long do you have to hold that 15kg ammo box for?

have got rsc soon and was wondering what time did you have to hold that ammo box for to get into paras?

Dunno mate, sorry. Have you asked the AFCO, they should be able to advise.

It is a best effort. I don't think there is a set time, around 4 minutes is good (or so I've been told). The main thing is the running, a good time on your mile & a half. It is the first thing they compare.

I am at the RSC next Tuesday & Wednesday so if you have not left before then I should be able to give you a better idea.
