Water at prmc

some of the lads which have already done their prmc could you's tell me if you get acces to water will doing gym tests or are you allowed to take in your own stuff like lucazade?

Well nobody checks your water bottle if that's what you mean.

You can't drink thoughout the Gym test, what I have to mention is when they say stock up on fluids, really do it.

The Air in the Gym is dry as a bone and it doesn't take long for your mouth to feel like a nuns.... err bottom of a birdcage.

Lucozade would be handier as it sort of lines your mouth, water just seeps in leaves you feeling dry.

Whatever you do don't get fizzy lucozade. I'm sure you'd soon be chucking it up.

One poor bloke thought he'd snack up on Snickers & mars before the tests. He ended up puking a load of chocolate and nuts into his bib

Not many things bother me but I've always had a thing against Vomit, especially somebody elses.

BTW:- The only drinks you can get for free are "Tea" "water" "Water with Cordial"

Gotto buy your lucozade from the Spar.

cheers count i thought maybe you could have a drink of water during the gym tests but not to worry i will be sure to stock up before hand.

U will get a chance to drink after the tests and after part of gym test 2! O yeh half way through the assult course u get to drink otherwise you will die!
