Muppet

There's a few here going to Cardiff, Glasgow and Dundee, one at Manchester, a trained rank at Bristol and myself ex-Mersey who can help with any issues you may have.

When is City of London's intake date and what training are you currently doing ?

I am going along on the 2nd of july I think the next intake is in september.

I run about 60-70 miles a week

But I probably really need to work on my upper body strength abit more...

60-70 miles per week ?

Not enough I'm afraid ;)

Your name should have been 'marathon bloke' rather than running muppet :P Anyway, have you seen the PRMC fitness schedule yet ? http://www.mfat.co.uk/rm.php?page=rm1

It's a pretty good guide for what you should be doing for selection - what is your upper body strength like now ?
