Just doing some fizz training at the moment.

Any of you guys know the grading system for the BPFA - Green, Amber, Red for the Run, Push Ups, Sit Ups for 18-30 year olds?

Any info greatly appreciated

press ups 44 or 45
situps 55 will pass
run 10mins 30

Grateful if you could explain a little bit more what the above are. My boy is off to RSC on 22 Jul.

aint certain but u get red ure drastically unfit get amber ure ok but need a little work and get green ure doing good.

is there like a chart or something that shows green amber and red for runs press ups and situps? I need something to aim for. Im pleased at the 44 thing. I can do 30 anytime but its the extra 40 i thought i had to do that got my arms going dead.
