Prez, according to legend King Arthur and his knights are hidden beneath Alderly Edge. If Britain is ever in danger, there will be a giant clap of thunder and King Arthur and his knights will ride out and save Britain.

Whoever heard of thunder having the clap.

Prez might just believe it though, he's funny that way.

Anything could happen in Alderly Edge, and usually does. :o

Betty Swallox,

lovely girl she was, could fart the national anthem in 3 different keys whilst drinking a pint of scrumpy and smoking her pipe.

Where have all those good old Jennies gone?
Archie.

Thinking about it ive changed my mind

Has to be william wilberforce

The role of the royal navy in the abolition of slavery was an act to be immensly proud of

And would not have happened without him

Ernest Shackleton was, indeed, Irish. Born in a time when Ireland was part of the "British Isles" he certainly considered himself to be British.
William Wilberforce was as popular as a fart in a space ship, in the Andrew of his time.
See Parry hasn`t denied the "Newquay Heads" episode.

The question may be impossible, but what is the answer?

Hackedorft, it was your invitation to the heads that precipitated that unseemly brawl in the lobby. That old lady couldn't help tripping you up with her zimmer after you mooned her. Threatening to punch her lights out wasn't your brightest or bravest deed that night.
Bye dear heart! 8)
