Well First off it says that 'Windows XP' is not supported on the back of the Jewel case, good start since thats my operating system.
I installed it anyway and everything seems to work fine, Some of the text was unreadable so I had to turn down the resolution on my monitor.
Pretty Basic Stuff for some pretty basic software.
It sets up a personal fitness schedule depending on the details you input, i.e. Max Pressups, Best Vo2 Bleep Test, etc etc
Although this is handy to keep your stats logged and you are able to monitor see your progression by way of a graph, I'm wondering how personalised the schedule is as I entered several Fake users with different stats and the differences in schedules was Marginal.
The best part In my opinion is that it comes with about 500mb of realplay Clips showing some of the tests and excercises that you will encounter during the 30week course, gives you a feeling for what to expect.
Oh and the Intro sounds like its been dubbed with a Porno Music Track
Im happy with it but then Im easily pleased, it will certainly be handy over the coming Months, so i'll not reccomend it as an essential tool but for a tenner you can hardly argue.

For anyone interested, the bleep test itself is available to buy on CD on a couple of sites

Beckham is exceptionally fit, so without a bergen, probablylodgi wrote:Im not a massive fan of beckham but he would out run all of you with or with not a bergen on his back
With a bergen, no f*ckin' chance - Wait till you do a real load carry, you'll understand what I mean

There is a distinct difference between covering 10km running around a pitch for 90mins (Which pro footballers are alleged to do) and yomping a distance with 80lb+ kit on your backlodgi wrote:Why, what do u need to be a good bergen carrier? Stronger legs and back?
Mental and physical conditioning is paramount, especially being able to do it when it is freezing cold, pissing down with rain or even in a desert type climate.
Whatever the conditions, you would be expected to perform, even after days in the field...... Mr Beckham just goes home at the end of 90 minutes and gives Posh Spice a good shagging (lucky sod

taken fromThe difference between going for a run and going for a walk with a rucksack lies in the effect that it has on your body. When you run you'll find that you want to stop because you're out of breath and your legs are tired; when you're walking with a bergan,it is your entire body that is straining and your mind is telling you to stop
