Clicky ankle

I have an ankle that clicks every now and again... will this hinder me in any way, it doesn't hurt or anything. So what do you think?

As long as your ankle works 100% like the other, there should be no problems.

Mine does the same. Nothing to worry about.

Theories link this with Arthritis in the future, by fragments of cartiledge floating in your joint, but there is no solid evidence.

If you are really panicked, you should nip in to see your GP.

Yeah nothing much to worry about. It is either loose cartilege or sticking out cartilege. I had an annoying bit on my knee and the physio squashed it off :-? . If it is annoying you too much you could do the same. When I started to do pressups my left elbow clicked but that just dissapeared. :P

Back to clicking joints my joints click all the time, especially when doing press ups. I ask my GP and he said it's fine when you get to 25 your bones and cartlidge fuse together. I'll be serviourly pissed off if I don't get into the army because of it. :drinking:
