Thank you and Goodnight

Post by j90 »

In true Oscar style before I embark tomorrow I would like to say a few words.

I would like to say thank you to Jay for running such a good sight, it is a great resource for people like me who are joining to calm their nerves and find out little bits of info that they probably never needed.

I would like to say thanks to the old timers for making it sound like a viable career choice when my parents are telling me to work in an office, and for proving that if you could make it anyone can

I'll check back in when I can and let you know how I'm doing

Cheers,

Joe

It will soon be my turn to bid you all a fond farewell, my joining date is the 18th Nov. I really cant wait to get stuck into 2 weeks of ironing :o
just kidding, i know everything we will be taught, exciting or not, is done for a reason and the words of nike "just do it" will seem very appropriate
Getting to sleep each night is getting harder and harder

Gentlemen, all those of you about to join up, have just joined up or are thinking of doing so soon.
An item that I have not noticed on this forum is the sticky problem of the Official Secrets Act.
Watch what you publish on this or any net forum, it would appear that anything about the services can be thought as officially secret.
Some of the wiser members here will be able to advise you!

hey folks

i just want to thank everyone who is involved in this site and everyone who has helped me with any info i needed to know. I guess for you old boys i get to start off where so many of you started your glorious careers. i'd like to thank all of you for risking so much to give lads like me the opportunity to follow in your footsteps. i just hope i get to be like you in years to come and remember with great pride of all i have achieved. I like to think that im doing my bit for queen and country and i owe it to those who gave so much so that we may lead our lives the way we choose to.

i hope to keep you all posted as to how my training is going which starts on monday.

Keep up the brilliant site, its a great help to all
