If the US government has no knowledge of aliens then why does Title 14, Section 1211 of the Code of Federal Regulations, implemented on July 16 1969, make it illegal for US citizens to have any contact with extraterrestrials or their vehicles??????????????????????

Its probably because they already have enough "Aliens" of their own,I always have to smile when I hear the term "All American Boy" etc ... No such Animal,how can there be when America is entirely composed of immigrants ?,who went out of their way to Kill,Cheat,Enslave or Suppress the "original" inhabitants !

Only in recent years,when it dawned on Politicians that there were VOTES to be won,did they start up the "Native American" bandwaggon .. too little,too late for a group of indigenous peoples who knew & cared enough to live at one with nature & only took what was essential for survival,they knew just what their Environment would tolerate & lived accordingly.

'Course it could also be that the US Govt is afraid that "Aliens" of superior intellect,will reveal to us "Earthlings" just how much we are being ripped off by Politicians & the like & that would never do !

I read a repot in the Sunday Times ( big paper! ) which stated that from 1996 to 1999 the ethnic population of the UK grew by 15%, while the indiginous white population grew by 1%.

Draw your own conclusions from this. No doubt someone out there will brand me a racist!

Just a thought .... being a "Minority" is no bad thing,firstly it implies selectivity,so .... by definition most people here are part of a "Minority Group" insofar as they succeeded in passing the Corp's selectivity tests,

Secondly those Members who didn't serve in The Corps (ALL of them valued Members) are in a "Minority",as they freely choose to associate & identify with persons from the aforementioned "Minority".

And thirdly our "selectivity" doesn't depend on skin colour,religion or "token" individuals to create a false impression that we are "Good People",or to make up numbers ... it depends on that persons ability to reach the standard laid down over many years & PROVEN to work !

So,all in all ... I reckon being a "Minority" aint too bad, ..... can't see what they're all whingeing about !
They can always apply to join The Corps & become members of a genuine "Meritocracy" !

Besides,who the Hell wants to belong to any group that will allow just anybody in ?

Your not far wrong there Yorky. I am sure faddius will give us the background gen, what with his papers an all.

I recall race relations being quite a hefty chunck of one of the civvie management course awhile back included a judgement by Lord Justice someoneorother that an ethnic minority, included - (not an exact quote)persons whose background, society or beliefs caused them to be a minority or they so believed themselves to be treated as a minority.

When I question if this definition therefore applied to service personnel such as Royal - the legal beagle not only agreed but qualified it by saying that this would apply to individual Regts or Corps where their outlooks and beliefs were unique or differred from the main.

Therefore I continue to consider myself as a minority and hope you will all concur but dont all agree at once cause then we will become like Tones Crones a minority with a majority............
