Not to sure if this is some one taking the P!!!!
Are you sure you relly want to join as the majority of lads who are deadly serious about joining would have have looked into dates by now. Mere suggestion of "Enquirory form" makes it sound a bit of a soft effort, had you been watching Marines on the telly beforehand. suggest you try and become a bit more motivated and enthusiastic before next step.
Judging by your attitude they probably didn,t take your enqiurory very seriously11

Geoff, sounds like you got the
"Enquirory form"
out the back of a "Commando" book, did you?
Was the return address in Dublin?

Unless your real names Walter, I would have thought you would have stuck that mobile to your ear by now.

go easy!

Post by gfski »

Go a bit easy on the numpty fellas, hounding an AFCO doesn't guarantee a quicker response, I sorted out my application in January passed my ranks entrance exam and medical in February, I was told after that they wanted a medical referral regarding an hereditory cholseterol problem, which I haven't got. It's now June after ringing the office every week for five months they finally gave me an interview, which I passed and was told that the actual second medical was now going to be August, either they are running slow at the minute mate or the people processing are too busy picking peanuts out of their shit lockers  to speed it up, damn red tape........... as an aside hows about going for the officers side and not knowing the difference in badges? perhaps when he finds out he will feel more subdued for being so brassknecked?

Does anybody know what "cholseterol" is used for?

With his total lack of writen communication skills, perhaps t@&tski should consider the wonderfull world of Sigs. After all, he does remind me of Deaf Ant.
Do you think he needs his legs slapped?

Hackedoff, but not much.

Ah, I have the answer now, t@7tski is a BT tech officer, that obviously means he spends all his time either:
1. going up and down on big stiff poles
or
2. trying to feed a little thin hose down a dark hole already accomodating several thicker hoses
or
3. playing with little bits of coloured spaghetti all day

No, on second thoughts - it wouldn't be the latter as that takes some intelligence.
