Mozilla has just automatically updated my PC. One outcome has been the 'Read Mail' icon on my tool bar disappeared.

I used Getmail to restore the icon to my toolbar but I can only access the 'New Message' facility. I can't get to my email by clicking on 'Read Mail' for some reason.

Any PC experts got any ideas how to get around this? To get to my email I'm having to go through Internet Explorer at the moment.

Just to make sure I understand fully, they updated your Firefox automaticly but it took off your mail icon. Then you got Getmail to put the icon back but when you click it it opens a new message not send and receive. Is that correct?

tom, yes, that's it.

It's happened on a previous update but when I reinstalled the icon with Getmail it worked OK. Now only the New Message link works, but not the Read Mail link.
