injury but have been chucking everything at it for the past 4 months. Even forked out around £400 on personal training to get me back on track.
Jay's death (L.C. James Bateman) was even more motivation for me if I needed it.
Only problem is I have left numerous message and emails but nobody has gotten back to me or spoken to me since way back on the initial 'Insight Night'. Only correspondance I've had is the letter asking me to attend a medical. Is it usual not to hear from anyone?
Cheers

you'll p*ss it. I take it by selection weekend your refering to the old 'look at life' weekend? Basically an introduction to it all. few runs, assualt course then showing you what all the companys actually do in 4 para. Only 'big-ees' are the bft (1.5miler best effort) and the bleep test. let us all know how you done
