Hardest and Easiest Phase 2

Post by 30036091 »

Which would you say was the hardest Phase 2; academically and levels of fitness needed and also the easiest Phase 2 for the reasons stated.
Not biased point of views.

Kind of a moot question if you don't mind me saying so...
The only way anyone could give you an unbiased opinion is if they had personally experienced every phase 2 training, which is somewhat unlikely.
Sure people will tell you what they think, but like I said, it won't be unbiased. Why do you ask anyway?
You can have peace.
Or you can have freedom.
Don't ever count on having both at once.
