Ronnie, you may have just been on the telly!

McNobbers Tour Of Duty on ITV 4 had a section on PF in Musa Qaleh, and a lad rescuing a danish bloke with a campbed.
Some crappy reconstructions mixed with the usual mobile phone footage. Fair play to Mark Wilson, much deserved military cross!

Didn't see it, but the mobile phone footage must have been from elsewhere, as none of our guys took them into the field. That Danish guy, Thomas, was lucky to survive that incident. He was stood inside the sangar when the RPG hit it, then fell through two floors as the building collapsed!

Short and sweet, no casualties. Some effective enemy fire, nothing too hairy though. Back home safely for tea and medals. :drinking:
