Only place to have that would be the careers office, or someone on the training team in catterick. Probably dont want to be calling them up before you turn up...for your own good.

sandy might know when the intake dates are.

The next intake for Para Reg is 7th September, then after that sometime in the beginning of October.

nah mate, the next one is 21st sept. I know this because I got a mate going in on this intake. The 7th sept intake must be full up.

To be honest, I knew it was September but got the specific date from one of your own posts

Do you know if you had your date changed from the 7th Sept intake because it was full or has it been scrapped and replaced with the 27th instead?

They have an Arnhem platoon now? Does that mean they have more platoons in rotation? Or have they just changed the names around a bit?

Anyway I'm getting fast tracked, so I shouldn't end up lingering there very long. I'm doing enough worrying for the both of us pal, don't worry ;

Para01, I take it you're home now? Good to see you alright mate, you have a good tour?

Cheers

I'm a re-enlister mate, I spent 14 happy months at Depot from 2005 to 06 because of an injury I picked up on the P company 10 miler, so they're not gonna make me start from day 1 week 1 again.

Yeah I think they were increasing the number of Platoons by two IIRC.

Arnhem used to be Rhine Pltn and has the reputation amongst the Joes of being the toughest of the Pltns (not that there's an easy pltn as you know!) and although some of the staff will have changed I'm sure, judging by those who will still be there, that their ethos will still be the same :o

But seriously though mate, it's a cracking platoon to be on even if you are only with them for a short time. Any ideas how far through training they're eventually going to fast track you to?

Hope you're trainings going well and that it all goes smoothly for you this time.
