They have an Arnhem platoon now? Does that mean they have more platoons in rotation? Or have they just changed the names around a bit?Alfa wrote:So are you on the 7th Sept intake Skeav? Acording to a post from Sandy over on MFAT you'll be on Arnhem Pltn so standby mate, standby!!
Anyway I'm getting fast tracked, so I shouldn't end up lingering there very long. I'm doing enough worrying for the both of us pal, don't worry ;

Para01, I take it you're home now? Good to see you alright mate, you have a good tour?
Cheers

Yeah I think they were increasing the number of Platoons by two IIRC.Skeav wrote:They have an Arnhem platoon now? Does that mean they have more platoons in rotation? Or have they just changed the names around a bit?

Arnhem used to be Rhine Pltn and has the reputation amongst the Joes of being the toughest of the Pltns (not that there's an easy pltn as you know!

But seriously though mate, it's a cracking platoon to be on even if you are only with them for a short time. Any ideas how far through training they're eventually going to fast track you to?
Hope you're trainings going well and that it all goes smoothly for you this time.
