Anyone know where I can find a breakdown of the CIC? Theres not one I can find on the army website and searching the forums didnt turn up anything.

Yeh, did that.
The guy gave me a brief overview, but I was looking for something a bit more detailed. On the RM website you can find a week by week breakdown of what their course entails, but I cant find anything similar on the army website.
Any offers?

Try the catterick website,I know theres a pdf of the paras CIC course on there.
