I was just wondering if anyone could give a little advice with regards to how pilots are streamed in to categories...
My question is this: do the pilots themselves have any say in the matter or any way of expressing their preference?
Does the streaming process work with regards to individual performance? For example, do those who perform best get streamed to fast jet, with those in the band below streamed to a different category, and those below that to a different category again?
