They look like they'll be awesome ships but why have they been given such rubbish names.

I wish the Royal Navy would go back to the days when they gave their ships names which sounded inspirational instead of the dull ones like Queen Elizabeth, it sounds like a cruise liner.

That hasn't changed Alfa, they've always named ships after the Monarchy.

I wouldn't consider them rubbish.

As they will probably never be built why worry about the names?
If the French company do ever complete(Or even start) them what should they be named?
I feel a poll coming on.

HMS Appeasement?
HMS Gordon Brown?
HMS Northern Rock?
HMS The very nice Mr Blair?
