at the moment i work as a leisure club attendant so i get full use of the gym and pool so ive been basically just going in and doing 15 mins running, some wieghts then swiming.

yeh thats the one at rosyth not much of night life there but you will get to see hms gloucester (type 42 destroyer ) its based there to get a full refit.

Just come back from 2 weeks in Turkey so the fittness slipped somewhat!! Back on it now however - Full session at the gym every other day - 60+ mins of cardio and some weights - Circuits once a week - and 2.4km on the other days. Plus a bit of swimming when i have the energy. Seems to becoming along nicely - started a month or so before my holiday and lost weight and could feel myself getting fitter.
